Relax..... Relate..... Release.....
Products can help, but let's be clear products can't save you. Your body is reacting to overwhelming stress. And your hair falling out is likely to be a symptom of many. Go to your doctor, tell them about your stress any anxiety and the symptoms you've noticed. get them to check you over, and rule out, or define any other health concerns that's what they're there for.
Whilst you're there, talk over with them these stress relieve options we list below, as well as any others that might be best for you.
And remember no matter how trivial or unimportant you may believe it to be...
Keeping it in is not a healthy hair option.
Always numero uno on the stress busting list because it works. Although your stress won't magically disappear with press up, exercise provides a healthy outlet for anxiety. With simple things like dancing around your house or jumping jacks, help not only to release toxins and boost endorphin levels -you might just smile doing it. Being stressed out or busy is no excuse for skipping on exercise, as always, it is a vital part of a healthy lifestyle and healthy body= healthy hair.
Write it out. To do lists, haircare regimes, if what's bothering you is too tough to tackle let everything else in your life flow easier and be organised.
Take a Class
Sometimes a change is a as good as a break, especially when the change is a positive lightweight break from the heaviness that you're dealing with. Simple card making, ballet for beginners, or a math class (-solving algebra problems can be quite soothing, when other things seem too of control).
Play an Instrument
Even if that means keying out a tuneless tune on the piano music has long been considered a relaxant, and can provide you with the release and sense of creativity that you need.
Drink water, Eat fruits and Vegetables
Provide your body with the nutrients it needs, stressful times wear our bodies thin, we must remember to eat to give ourselves the strength to handle what we are dealing with
Paint, even if you can't paint. Use colours and strokes of paintbrush to express what you're feeling. It needn't be a Picasso, just lines circles dots and colours to release the stress of what you're going through.
Once your stress level has lowered and is under control, solid good haircare routines will have your locks bouncing in no time.
